Returns & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Our Policy at a Glance
Due to the nature of premium peptide compounds — which require specific storage conditions and are sensitive to temperature and handling — we do not accept returns of opened or used products. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- You received the wrong product
- Your order arrived damaged or compromised
- Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered
Timeframe
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
How to File a Claim
- Email us at support@nokilabs.com with the subject line: "Return/Refund Claim — [Order Number]"
- Include a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging
- Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened vials or products that have been reconstituted
- Products not stored according to the recommended conditions
- Orders where the issue is reported beyond the 7-day window
Cold-Chain Compromise
If your shipment arrives with damaged packaging or warm cold packs, take a photo immediately on receipt and email it within 24 hours. We replace cold-chain-compromised vials at no charge.
