Welcome to Noki Labs

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of peptidesupplierphilippines.com (the "Site") and the products and services offered by Noki Labs ("Noki Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery policy, and Returns & Refund policy. Together they form your agreement with Noki Labs.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a resident of the Philippines (or otherwise legally able to receive shipments to a Philippine address) to purchase from Noki Labs.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nokilabs.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

2. About Our Products

Noki Labs sells premium, lab-verified peptide compounds and related wellness products. Every batch we ship is independently tested for identity, purity, and bioburden by accredited third-party laboratories. You can view our public Lab Testing & Certificate of Analysis library at peptidesupplierphilippines.com/pages/lab-testing or request the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for your specific batch by emailing support with the batch number printed on the vial.

Important health and safety notice. Peptides are bioactive compounds. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed healthcare provider familiar with peptide protocols before starting any peptide or wellness regimen. Our customer support team is happy to answer product, batch, and shipping questions, but cannot provide medical advice, diagnose any condition, or recommend specific dosing for your individual situation.

Educational content only. All product descriptions, pillar guides, comparison pages, blog articles, and other content on the Site are for informational and educational purposes. Statements about our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. References to clinical trials, dosing protocols, or published research are summaries of public scientific literature and do not constitute medical advice or a recommendation to use any product in a specific way.

Regulatory status. The peptide compounds we sell are not currently registered as therapeutic drug products with the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA-PH). You acknowledge that you are purchasing premium peptide compounds for personal wellness use and that you are responsible for any consultation, dosing, and administration decisions you make with your healthcare provider.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include any applicable VAT unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to update prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing or descriptive errors at any time without prior notice. If we discover a material pricing error after you place an order, we will notify you and offer to either confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel and refund.

We accept the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, bank transfer (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible Metro Manila and provincial addresses. Payment is processed through our payment partners; we do not store full payment card details.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order in our reasonable discretion (for example, to address suspected fraud, address verification failures, or stock issues).

Order changes and cancellation. Orders can be cancelled within two (2) hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. Email support@nokilabs.com with your order number to request a cancellation.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Cold-Chain Handling

We ship within the Philippines via J&T Express, Ninja Van, LBC, and Lalamove, with insulated cold-chain packaging where applicable. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days for Metro Manila and 2–7 business days for provincial addresses. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Risk of loss passes to you when the courier confirms delivery to your address. Please inspect every shipment on receipt. If your package arrives damaged, with a compromised cold-chain (warm packaging), or with an incorrect product, contact us within seven (7) days at support@nokilabs.com with photo evidence so we can issue a replacement or refund per our Returns & Refund policy.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because peptide compounds are temperature-sensitive, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. We offer refunds or replacements for orders that arrive damaged, are lost in transit, or contain an incorrect product. All claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of the delivery date. 6. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes (e.g., WELCOME10, FREESHIP, BULK20, CLINIC15) are subject to the conditions stated at the time of issue. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly noted, are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and may be modified or cancelled by Noki Labs at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke any discount code that we reasonably believe has been obtained or used in violation of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

By using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity, age, or shipping address;
  • Use the Site to commit fraud, including submitting fraudulent payment information, false delivery claims, or chargeback abuse;
  • Resell our products in violation of applicable law, or repackage and resell our products under another label;
  • Make therapeutic, medical, or drug-level claims about our products in connection with reselling, marketing, or sharing them;
  • Provide our products to minors;
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce substantial portions of our Site content (product copy, pillar guides, comparison pages, blog articles) for commercial use without our written permission;
  • Interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to access non-public areas, or upload malicious code;
  • Use our products in any setting that requires regulatory approval (e.g., hospital, clinic) without obtaining that approval yourself.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product copy, photographs, illustrations, articles, pillar guides, comparison pages, brand marks, the "Noki Labs" name, logos, and the visual design — is owned by Noki Labs or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, with attribution. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

9. Reviews and User Submissions

If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content to Noki Labs, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business (including on the Site, in marketing, and on social media). You confirm that the content is your original work and does not infringe anyone else's rights. Reviews must be honest and reflect your own experience; we will not knowingly publish reviews that include therapeutic claims, medical advice, or content that violates these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site and our handling of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site you consent to the practices described there.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep our content accurate and our products lab-verified, we make no warranties, express or implied, beyond the express warranties stated in these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You acknowledge that:

  • Peptides are bioactive compounds and individual responses vary;
  • Educational content on the Site is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider;
  • You are solely responsible for any decision to begin, modify, or stop a peptide or wellness regimen;
  • Statements about our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease;
  • You will follow proper handling and cold-chain storage instructions to preserve product integrity.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Noki Labs and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including (without limitation) lost profits, lost data, personal injury claims unrelated to a defective product, or claims arising from your decision to use a peptide without consulting a licensed healthcare provider.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Noki Labs in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Noki Labs and our officers, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your misuse of our products, including any failure to consult a licensed healthcare provider before use; (iii) your violation of applicable law; or (iv) your violation of any third party's rights.

14. Modifications to the Terms or the Site

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date below and, where we believe the changes are material, we will notify customers by email or through a banner on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Site at any time without prior notice.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site or our products will be resolved exclusively in the proper courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. The parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any formal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through direct discussion. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@nokilabs.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery policy, and Returns & Refund policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Noki Labs regarding the Site and your purchases, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject matter.
