Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Free standard shipping on orders above ₱2,500 when you use code FREESHIP at checkout.
Cold-Chain Handling
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods, but we package all temperature-sensitive compounds with insulated materials and ice packs where appropriate. Our courier partners are briefed on time-sensitive handling for cold-chain shipments.
Packaging & Privacy
Every order is packaged discreetly. There are no product names, brand markings, or category labels on the outer packaging — only the courier's standard shipping label. Your privacy is always protected.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor delivery status directly on the courier's website.
